| Print/Save/Email |
| You can quickly print the current citation
using the Print command within your Web Browser. |
| Single Record |

From a Brief, Detailed, or Staff View Display
- To Print, click on the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, print using
the Print command within your Web Browser.
- To Save, click on the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, save it as
a text file or copy it to your word processing program and save.
- To Email, enter your full email address and click on the Email button.

| Multiple Records |
| You can print, save, or email records from
a single Titles Display page or from multiple Titles Display pages. |

From Titles Display page:
- Select the records you want by clicking the checkbox to the left side of each
record. A checkmark will display in the box of each checked record. If you want to check records on multiple pages, click on the Keep Checked Records box at the bottom of each page before moving on to the next page. If you want to select all the records on the page, simply check the All on Page radio button in the Print/Save/Email box.
- From the Print/Save/Email box, select the appropriate option:
- All on Page will print/save/email all citations displayed on
the screen.
- Selected on Page will print/save only those citations you have checked
on the display screen.
- Selected all Pages will print/save only those citations
you have checked on multiple pages.
- Select a Format
- To Print or Save, click the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, use your Web
Browser's
commands to print or save the citations. The citations will display again reformatted for text output. The citations will include basic bibliographic information, library location, call number, and circulation status.
